Running from Shinjuku out southwest to Odawara and Hakone, Fujisawa and Enoshima, and Tama, the Odakyū network serves as a core railway network for the region, with the three branches running both to the bilevel Shinjuku terminus as well as the Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line. Known for its express Romancecar trains, it is notable for its S-Train like structure as well as its fairly new quad-track viaduct, which serves a variety of local and express stopping patterns.
The Odawara Line is the core route of the network, and through operates to the Hakone Tozan Line in the southwest. The Tama Line is a de-facto extension of the Chiyoda Line into Tama Center, though through service has since ceased due to capacity constraints (both branches tend to operate as such due to the fact that the quad-track viaduct does not reach the junction stations due to land acquisition and other issues).
This video primarily features the Odawara Line.
