you're 100% right though, most of these pictures look unintentionally creepy because it is rushed, lazy interior design. the photos are also taken in bad lighting, with a low quality camera and an unflattering angle.

2:58 is the middle school I went to. I'vr seen that image so many times in liminal spaces videos. Past the wall to the right is the cafeteria, the small section of brick appearing past the door is the back edge of the stage situated at the back of the cafeteria. Down the opening to the left is the band room. The doors pictured look out to the entrance of the bus loop, and also up a small hill to a 2 lane highway shielded by trees. Just slightly out of picture on the right is a water fountain. Also, the school still uses a cone to prop that door open to this day.

1:06 I really like the mood this picture has. 1:20 reminds me of the kid's section of the Great Wolf Lodge waterpark. 1:32 I went to a small hotel once with a pool around that shape and size. That was about the only similarities, though. No water-spewing tubes. 1:44 I'd love to go there. 2:05 This one kind of reminds me of my grandma's house, or what it could have been. She was a hoarder, and her house had a fireplace. I don't remember too much, I don't even remember how the walls looked, but I feel like if it was cleared out, it would be somewhat similar. Though, the windows would be on another wall. 2:17 I saw a place similar to that in a dream once. The blissful ignorance of being a kid going to those places that you felt like you were old enough to wander around by yourself for the first time and cementing a special place in your memories is where I feel alot of this is from. That feeling of knowing exactly where all that furniture belongs but not seeing it there. Remembering all those people that used to go there, but now seeing decrepit rooms. Seeing the patterns on the floor slowly deteriorate. After a while you stopped going as frequently and eventually it closed and you try to remember what it looked like. The details are fuzzy but coherent enough to form a vague memory of something you thought was special but it was just a burning memory.

All these photos have a very strange feeling to me. Most of these photos I have not seen, yet they feel oddly familiar. I don't think of something in that photo in specific, but a specific moment in my life, a random memory not related to the photo. For some reason it just gives me nostalgia for something totally different from the photo itself, but that memory has a special connection with that photo. For example, most schools shown in the photos were american style school and I don't live in the US, so the schools I have been in look very different, yet for some reason, I even feel a connection to those schools, I just think of random memories not related to the school. It's very strange and creepy but I like the feeling. It reminds me of simpler times.

How to cry to Its just a burning memory Step 1: think of close relative who has some sort of health defect, cancer, dementia, etc Step 2: listen to song Step 3: think of them and how they’re health slowly degrades but no one can check on them because life happens Did this in thinking about my grandma, died in January of cancer and I always heard her say “come see me” “come call me” Listened to the album sometime in the middle of April, thought of her and how I couldn’t visit her while her health went downhill, think about her sitting on her porch swing alone, with no one to talk to. My great grandpa had a bunch of illnesses, such as liver problems, and diabetes. I saw him one last time just a month ago. Then, a few weeks later, he passed away. I listened to this song a lot while i visited him in florida. At one point, i just broke down for half an hour. But in a strange way, it made feel better. He was ready. He smiled when he left, and when he died, i felt relieved for him. he isn’t suffering anymore. He is happy. But i will miss him

0:00 Some sort of disco place that got abandoned after Disco Demolition Night. Presumably hasn't been touched since 1981. 0:07 The house of someone who disappeared from the face of the Earth? 0:14 Looks like one of those mid-late 1980s concerts of some kind, though I think there was a British cartoon from the 90s that had a similar looking atmosphere. 0:20 Courtroom after courtroom after courtroom... all empty, all entropy. 0:26 Could've sworn I've been at that park before. 0:33 The library that used to delight children of the early 2000s with its simple, yet fascinating design & props. 0:40 "What the heck did they put in the water cooler? This feels weird". *Starts feeling a bit of a strange vibration while also feeling stiff as well* 0:46 So somebody decided to take some 1800s decoration & put it there, years before leaving the place or just taking a picture of it at night for some reason. 0:52 Abandoned local(like only available in a certain part of the country or just in that one city) store that barely anybody went to during the few years it was open for? 0:59 Middle school in 1990s Arkansas? 1:05 Hmmm... seems to either come from a home video recording or some kind of obscure 80s/90s ultra low budget direct-to-video movie. 1:12 The bunker that makes you wonder where it could possibly be from. 1:18 The late 90s & early 2000s were truly a time to be there, but would anyone ever bother going there anymore even if it was open now knowing that the city only has a population of like, 300? 1:24 Some girl used to live there. Perhaps she abandoned it around the early 2000s for some kind of emo phase that she still hasn't escaped from due to mental issues? 1:31 I mean, really know, those are seriously creepy water pushers. 1:38 It was an unofficial Krusty Krab restaurant that existed in Palestine. Sadly though, it seems to have closed down sometime ago in around 2019. 1:44 Some kind of local Chuck E Cheese-style restaurant/playplace that closed down sometime ago? 1:53 Ok, this is just a picture of an actual Chuck E Cheese restaurant. Nothing unusual about it other than stuff that they don't do anymore. 1:58 "Don't go in the pool. It could be contagious" "What about those houses?" "I have no clue. You can probably explore them if you like." 2:05 Sort of a weird modern-style wooden cabin. 2:12 The house of some lonely person watching what is perhaps reruns of the original Star Trek. 2:18 Reminds me of the fact that East Town Mall closed down some years ago. 2:25 Albanian school of some kind? 2:30 The mall that never was. They never finished it, never even bothered putting in any shelves & just left the place abandoned. 2:36 A purple sky outside & a strange blue-white tint apartment to go along with an unusual sky sighting. And there looks to be snow there too, so it could be from December or January. 2:43 Another abandoned local store, this time seemingly of mid-late 2000s origin? 2:50 A creepy rocky area of sorts that oozes "strange horror movie from the 80s" 2:57 You know, schools are bound to use cones to keep doors open, yet closed. 3:03 The red light that suggests that *something* is there, but whatever it is you might not get into contact with & trying to get close to the red light will make it disappear. 3:10 Abandoned house before Christmas even starts? Yeesh. 3:16 The lamp in the basement is the only thing in the house that lived to tell the tale of the mind-numbingly destructive curse. 3:22 Yet another abandoned local store, this one seemingly being of late 90s-early 2000s origin.

this will resonate with those of us who were born in mid to late 90's i was born in 96 so a lot of growing up involved seeing those places that were still very 90's, functioning in that transitional period slowly morphing into the 2000's. so these places are still operating until we reach our early teens and by that time most malls were starting to get closed down and abandoned. chucky cheeses stopped using the animatronic band, retail spaces stopped using that 90's cup style design everywhere. Its a weird feeling looking at these because i genuinely feel like i have seen a lot of these places. i remember going into a retirement home in elementary school to read stories to the old folks so 0:38 is very oddly familiar. along with those places that look like abandoned malls. Im from PA so century 3 mall is my faint memory.

Hearing this song with all the images makes me feel like this will be the last time I will ever see those kind of places again, and the image at 2:36 really gave me chills with the pink sunset out of the window, it made me feel like every little thing I had seen and known in my life so far and everything else had either died or just simply vanished without a trace, as if it was all, really just a burning memory, it's just me, the rest of the world and the sunset, as if the world was ending, or I'm just dreaming and it will all be over as soon as the sun has set and I will just wake up, like it could be either a dream or possibly another nightmare. But if it was real, I would probably be crying my eyes out, but at least I can go ahead and enjoy my final moments on the planet, admiring the final, and the most beautiful sunset I have ever seen.

3:06 this reminded me of a dream i had once as a kid and it scared me from ages 4-7 so i was in my regular apartment, just playing angry birds probably. my parents wanted me to go to floor 3 to get something. i had never been to floor 3, so i was nervous. i went up anyways. i was trying to search for the door that they told me to go to, but there were so many hallways, so i couldn’t find it. i tried to backtrack to the elevator to go back to my room, but then when i went back, there was no elevator. i just figured i could take the stairs then, but when i looked, there were no stairs either. i started to freak out. then when i went down one hallway i saw an elevator that went up, and only up one floor. i figured i would go up and see what happened, because on the elevator i always took, up and down, there was no fourth floor. i went up. and it was one endless hallway. i started freaking out and then i woke up. one day my parents wanted me to go to the third floor with them in real life. i didn’t want to. then i did and it was just one hallway and the stairs and elevator were still there. i clearly remember that that was the door that my parents wanted me to go to in the dream. also the room was really cool, unlike ours.

I just had a dream that my nail was itching. At first, it had a dent in it, so I itched it. Next, there was a crack sticking out the nail from itching. Then I tried to trim or pull the crack off, but I was peeling my nail off. After a few pulls of other cracks that were there, I noticed the skin from inside my nail was showing, and that I was peeling the skin off my nail. It was bleeding a lot. The nail stayed like that. Like I said, It was almost all completely ripped off, exposing the skin from inside. Suddenly there were these strips or strings of nail forming inside my cuticle, where the back of my finger is. when i pulled them it ripped up towards my forearm, next my arm, then my shoulder, then my face. It happened quickly and I started bleeding all over. A high pitched sound was heard while doing it. Like the sound your ears make when a flashbang pops, that ringing sound. But it was exceptionally much louder. And it kept getting louder and louder. Finally, I woke up screaming for no reason. Thought I'd like to share this

I've had similar dreams, but with teeth instead of nails, I had one where my two front teeth twisted into a huge monster tooth, I remember in the dream, I looked in the bathroom mirror and woke up sweating. I had another one where my gums were peeling off, but everyone in the dream treated it like it was normal, I felt like I was in a twilight zone episode. The third dream made me look like I had a gross nosferatu tooth. These horrible dreams are the main reasons why I'm desperate for braces, so I don't have to worry about my bad teeth and have dreams like this.

Something I remember that was unnerving: My mom worked at the same elementary school that I went to when I was younger, and she would bring me there when she needed help carrying things to her car from her classroom. Usually when we went there it was in the middle of the day where there are staff or some form of people are their, but sometimes we came there when nobody was there and it felt so weird with nobody there as well of the element of the lights being off. It felt so weird and creepy seeing all the bright classrooms covered in colorful drawings, in a dark empty atmosphere.

Once your 13 just like me your childhood innocence is gone. You know much more now. As a kid everything was new and amazing, you didn’t know of the bad things in the world and you we’re happy. It was like every other day something new was discovered. Your creativity was at a high and everything seemed great. Once your 13 you know of all the bad things, lots of things you’ve seen already time and time again so they aren’t exciting, your creativity gradually decreases taking away your child mind. I’m not saying people lose all of their child like traits, some keep them for awhile. I know how you feel but just remember this. You are only 13 you still have 5 years until childhood is gone make the best of it! When your older you will be looking back to when you were 13, not only to when you were 7! Lots of adults I know said that being a young adult was fun too and they even look back on it too. Although the innocent and pure mind is gone, you are still a child. I hope you make the best of it! Just know I do know exactly what you mean because I feel it too, I just tell myself what I’ve told you.

I don’t even feel familiar with these places. These are supposed to trigger vague memories from when you were little and didn’t understand anything. That’s kinda sad. Then again, I never lived in a fancy suburban home when I was little, I never really got to go to places live 1:25, I never really explored of anything like that. My best recollection of a nice home was when I was about 1-2 (how the hell did I remember this) and I felt like it was more of an extremely expensive home in the woods. My grandma, who owned the home with my grandpa, was a clean freak and didn’t allow anything gross or disturbing similar to some of the images. When I was a child, I was always the weird kid and I could read whole sentences at the age of 2. Maybe learning that knowledge gave me some kind of above average sentience for a little kid, leaving me with no really vague memories, because I’d analyze everything. It’s either I remember it well, and could even feel as if I were there if I imagined it, or it didn’t really exist to me. I also have several symptoms of hyperphantasia leading me to believe I actually have it, meaning I can pretty much imagine stuff better and see things, details in my head well. I can normally see the big picture, which can lead people to disliking me, often. Like, “my best friend is angry” not against anyone but many people may blame themselves but maybe it’s actually family problems, their mental health may suck, etc. I swear I feel like a main character and sometimes I just wonder if I’m self absorbed. I study my own behaviors and some attributes I’ve seen in myself are like- I look wayyy too deep into sht, like if someone dies in their home then I think about this random side character’s family, weird things they may do, and develop an entire personality for them (humanitarian?). From people I know, I’m very quiet, yeah I’m kinda weird but I can’t relate to anything. More on the weird main character thoughts, I literally even have a weird backstory. I stabbed someone (yes, in self defense) when I was 9-10. Idk if I’m going insane, if I’m just acting drugged because I take adderal (I have adhd I swear I don’t commit illegal crimes), or maybe I’m looking too deep into things. That’s really deep sht coming from a 12 year old- I’m annoyed I took 10 minutes to write this I never really get to talk about this because there’s never really a right time, so ty if you read it

Imagine watching one of these videos but every image is just a new location and camera angle of your own home. And some of the pictures even have you and your family members in them doing random day to day things.

1:19 Hm. Yeah that does ring a bell. It's so strange, you remember places like that from your toddlerhood, but of course, you remember them being far bigger. Granted, you were much smaller so they effectively were bigger to you, but beyond that, you believed those paintings to be real, in a way. You knew you couldn't go there, you were aware of the walls. But as you were playing with the other children, you tuned that out, and it felt like you were in an actual field. Very interesting.

1:37 Uhhhh I'M PRETTY SURE I ACTUALLY WENT THERE AS A KID. There was this place called the Pirate Place somewhere in Utah, and it was totally epic. The sad thing is, it burned down years ago. Some believe it was done by someone deliberately. It's just... This picture brought back a lot of memories... I don't know if it's even the same place or not, but it jolted some wonderful childhood memories from the far, cold vaults of my brain...

0:44 I remember having a dream, more of a nightmare. I was sitting on the couch and I couldn’t move, a strange figure came up to me and sat next to me and said he died in that room. It was so creepy and made me sad, I woke up after that crying remembering that figure was my great grampa.

Whenever I think of the old days, i start to feel sick and distraught, it all slipped away to fast and you can never go back, it hurts me so much and I can’t move on, it’s hard to remember everything but it’s even harder to finally accept that the past is the past and you’ll never live that way again, it sometimes makes me want to cry cause I had everything and everyone was there, but before you know it you’ll suddenly be somewhere by yourself and everyone you loved and knew are gone and are never gonna come back…..it hurts me all the time to realize that everything you used to live with is gone…and you’ll never be able to live through it again
