Hello guyz l am trying to signup on linode but its cancelling my singup and its saying "due to fraudlent behaivour" what wrong have l done now

If you had previously been using the platform, it's possible that you were flagged for potential promo abuse since our promo is intended to only be used once per person. Otherwise, we aren't able to provide specifics about our signup process in order to maintain its integrity. We can manually review a signup if you email support@linode.com, subject "Signup Cancellation", and include your email/username and the last *six* digits of your payment method. If you used PayPal/GooglePay, you will instead need to call us: +1 (855) 454-6633 (North America toll-free) // +1 (609) 380-7100 (international). Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee account activation and that you will only receive a followup response if your account *is* activated.

Ok thank but l want to attach a new VISA account to pay off the debts but l am flagged out how am l goin to do that of which my linode account has a lot of websited hosted..l cant log in into my linode account as of now
