Thanks cooking up the whole enchelada of off grid sailing. That was probably the most comprehensive summary I have ever seen presented by a host on a sailing channel. Well done. A+++ presentation. The one thing I worry about with the design of your boat is access to the engine. Being a big guy like me I would never be able to squeeze in, in some convouted way to change a belt, fix a hose, etc. Looks like you better find a rich patreon to come up with the $10k needed to replace your ageing generator. They are damn expensive. I have seen some other boats that are about your length of boat or a little longer that have bespoke engine rooms with the generator and water making system that are to die for. I just hope you never have one of those nightmare fix it jobs when you are on the high seas. Best of luck going forward.

This is one of your best, Bobby! You just kept on moving through the jillions of things you need! With a shop and a garage full of tools, I understand the need on a daily basis. Its always more than you think. Thanks!

Have you ever considered dehydrated food? You can get them in different size cans of whole foods. Not the meals , but plain food . Crystalized eggs , ground beef, sausage crumbles. Various vegetables. You could potentially use more water , but they last longer and don't need to refrigerate unused . If you measure right less waste from stuff going bad. Just a thought. Very good vid.

Jay Troxel For me I would have to be starving to death to consult with newbs that needed their hand held 24/7 haha To your point though, perhaps Bobby is wired that way and this could be a possible revenue stream in the future. Bobby, FYI the bow thruster has a built in delay on the joy stick control system that requires a 1.5-2.0 second pause when changing the BW thrust direction! I thought it was faulty as well, but it is an operational issue. I even replaced the switch before reading about the required pause in the installation manual. That's why it seems to work sometimes and other times fails to. Play with it and see. PS: love what you've done with the boat, its great watching her sail and remembering my time with her!
