It is amazing how just a couple things really made such a huge difference on the truck. It needed a little bigger tire and the roof rack is kind of icing on the cake.

BlueDually4x4 Agreed, the roof rack really started the make-over on this truck. I got the rack for another project and it didn’t fit. It’s been sitting in the shop and it finally dawned on me to put it on the Dynahead. Few other parts later and a fun mini project was complete... for now.

Nice to see a new video on the Dynahead! I definitely have a lot of fun with mine. I use 4.19 tires that work pretty well with 4 wheel steering, as well as some oil filled shocks that add more suspension travel.

Hi, I have the same Dynahead, 100% stock for the moment, the only thing I do is replacing the battery forwards. I'm waiting for the shocks and wheels. Increas the shock travell, the grip and put some weight on the wheels. Do you think a good motor like the crawlmaster would be interesting? I got the 4ws but maybe I should get out to reduce the total weight and descent the gravity center.

sylvainster30 Yup, total removal and safe storage is the best route. The single wire thing is just a habit I picked up. I’ll build up and prep a car for photo or video purposes and sometimes not shoot the pics until a few days later, so it’s still prepped and wires looks presentable by the time I’m ready to work on it. And I don’t have to worry about any power drain on the packs.

That truck looks super cheap, is it worth anywhere near $300? The plastics look like they're made by Tyco. Is it just the video making the truck look cheap? Or is it as fragile as it looks. Originally when I saw the new rims and tires I figured the cost of the new treads would be double the cost of the entire truck. Needless to say I was very surprised when I saw the $300 price tag for something that looks like it should be purchased at Toys "R" Us. I think it definitely looks cool, the body as potential and of course the new wheels and tires make it look like a real vehicle adding some scale detail. But performance was it looked like a 3 out of 10
