Very good particularrily when we all seem to be doing a lot more sitting at our desks. My recommendation is don't do the Dan Yu's from an office chair on wheels

Hi Ed, There are lots of videos on our You Tube channel so feel free to check those out. We are also doing Live Stream and Zoom Tai Chi classes and I also offer Live Stream Lok Hup classes to our current Tai Chi students and you can find the info for those classes on our website. We have no Lok Hup videos on our channel at this point. Maybe down the road we will add some Lok Hup. Cheers Kevin
