Looks Cozy. Well done! Your workmanship is pretty amazing I have to say. And I know what it’s like to run out of time and weather at the end of our seasons up here! Keep fabricating and I look forward to seeing what you get up to next.

Unless you scrupulously level your trailer, or adjust trim so the front of the trailer is slightly higher than the rear when you park it, water can run as you described it and create leaks, stains, etc. I suggest, since you will be adding hurricane hinges, to slope the back of your trailer walls down slightly (1-2") to the rear of the trailer from the location of the hurricane hinge. Water will then be directed away from the hinge, regardless of not being "super" level. You would need to redo the rear hatch door to match, but this doesn't appear to be a major construction chore. Overall, a good effort and a very usable camper!

Thanks for sharing. I think everyone has a few regrets on their projects. New trailers are all about appearance, yours is built to take off grid camping. 👍🏻

Love the design man! I used pmf on mine man. I did would glue then canvas then wood glue then nunerous coats of oops latex paint. Then to top it off i used a super textured deck paint in gray that looks just like raptor liner but quite a bit thicker. Its durable as all hell and will never ever leak man. Might be worth considering pmfing right over that then raptor lining it again. It would hide all the blemishes and be very stout and waterproof

@@onyxpartitian another thing i did is i put 1" foam on with all the seams zip taped, then i put my plywood over it then pmfed. So hopefully if i ever get a leak it could only ever get to some of my plywood and most water would run down the foam amd out instead of resonatimg and rotting or getting into my interior framing and space
