Kendrick directly speaking to Drake’s children apologizing for him being a deadbeat and saying he can be the mentor they need to hear from is the most disrespectful and effective angle I’ve ever seen in a diss track. This was complete murder in every way.
@sunilsalh

Or Drake put false information out there that he had a Daughter. Kendrick fell for it hook line and sinker and rapped a whole verse about this imaginary daughter. Drake then in his next diss track raps about how Kendrick got played and how much of a dumbass he is. In that scenario (which seems very likely at the moment tbh)…it’s a L for Kendrick and a 1000IQ play from Drake. Yikes.

The fact that a lot of people are reacting to the daughter stuff and not the allegations about Drake being in Hollyweird and doing stuff with minors and creeps… as Kendrick says only 5% will comprehend and 95% is lost. We need to comprehend, and if true, drake needs to be held accountable for his actions. Kendrick is speaking on a spiritual level here in a complete breakdown of Drake’s character, he’s saying there’s more at stake here than a rap battle, but honour and personal responsibility. This is not to say Kendrick is in the clear and hasn’t done some questionable things (we may never know the true extent) but it’s interesting what people focus on.

Kendrick has receipts from the previous 6:16 in LA song as the album cover of Meet the Grahams. It only makes sense that Kendrick has evidence that can absolutely prove his claims. The fact Drake's song is named "Family Business", and Kendrick immediately released "meet the grahams" tells me he knew this whole time Drake was going to release this song. He was trying to warn him not to ("it's a friendly fade, let's keep it that way", and "you takin it there, I'm takin it further; that's something you don't wanna do"), but he did, and Kendrick was ready to drop the song as soon as Drake did. I think something similar. I actually think, based on the timing, that he might have written meet the grahams before 6:16. A lot of people rumored that Drake was going to drop his response thursday night or early friday morning, and I bet Kendrick was already ready to respond quickly to that (hence the threats you mentioned from Euphoria, plus lines like "Fabricating stories on the family front, cause you heard Mr. Morale, a pathetic master manipulator, I can smell the tales on you now," which make it clear he knew Drake was preparing to say some shit about his family). But when Drake delayed his response, 6:16 kind of sounds like Kendrick added a verse to a song he was already working on, basically telling Drake that he knows what he has planned and he shouldn't drop it. "Playing dirty with propaganda will blow up on you." But Drake did it anyway, so Kendrick dropped the response he'd probably had prepared for at least a day or two.

There I was at my father’s funeral, the headstone said “Aubrey Graham” 1986-2024. To my left was my mother, she seemed oddly relieved. On my right was a girl I’d never seen before, apparently Grandpa Dennis said this was my step sister. Suddenly rain started pouring down, we drew our umbrellas. I turned around and there he was. Off in the distance the man who killed my father was standing there, he was holding a black umbrella, wearing a full black suit and tie. My chest felt tight, I could feel hear those haunting piano keys fill my brain again, a car drove by and he was gone.
