The interview of Bregman was in reference to a statement Bregman made where he said “it feels like gremlins are in my arm”. Basically saying that he couldn’t explain where the pain was coming from or how it was calling him discomfort. The interviewer named two gremlins from the movie Gremlins, one was a good gremlin, the other was an evil gremlin as a way to gauge how bad Bregman was really hurt.

The good news is that the Astros dominated that series against the Orioles in all but 2 innings. The bad news is that they still lost 2 games. When Yordan was scratched from the lineup i thought for sure the Os were gonna take the series.

Played with Sean Reynolds at Redondo when he was a freshmen…we knew him as “socks” because he would show up to workouts with tall crazy colorful socks every day 😂. He got drafted as a hitter as trev says but he was pumping mid 90s by his senior year and 9” taller. Awesome to watch his transformation from the lanky kid known to his upper class men as “socks” to finally breaking out in the bigs

Two Astros defensive plays were the difference in 4-0 and 2-2. 2nd game, if Abreu picks up the bunt and goes for the DP instead of checking the runner at 3rd their is at max a 2 run Homer vs. Grand Slam. 3rd game, Singleton gets aggresive on the grounder or Framber legs it out to 1st, the inning is over and Holliday doesnt get his 3 run double.
Its a good squad of guys the Padres put together last few years vibes are immaculate. Appreciate the SD love, we like to keep it lowkey but legit finest city.

Trev. I just got back to Minnesota from San Diego. Target Field is better for one reason… Petco has no walk up bars with open standing room only areas. Meaning you have to pay for the seats at the bar that overlook the game. Target field has at least 3.

@@bigbrother4059 it’s what they said in the episode, innings pitched. Any reliever is just factually less valuable than a starting pitcher, Clase’s WHIP is almost half of the best starting pitchers. Give them their own award but they just can be compared to starters.

Or what about the fact that Bonds hit 73 homers in a season? Why is Judge hitting 63 or 65 historic? The MLB season record is 73. These are MLB's stats. This current season by Ohtani is barely in the top 10 of Bonds' career seasons. This Yankees jerk off session turned into praising Judge for being 8-10 homers below the record?

Am I high/drunk? When did ANY home run record number matter other than 73? Or even 70? Barry Bonds has the home run record in a season. Aaron Judge does not. Nobody outside of NY remotely cares about the American League HR record or whatever this celebration is. MLB has not removed Bonds' statistics. He is the single season and all-time HR champion until otherwise dictated to us by MLB. Let me know when Judge hits 73 or 74 in a season.
