Now, the good stuff-
In this episode, I take a look at Charles Eaton and his #tonalist painting, Moonrise. This was an interesting exploration because I have not painted a moonscape before. I hope you get/got as much out of it as I did.
Let me know if you like this format. I sped up the video to make it a faster viewing experience. If you would rather I go back to the longer videos, let me know!
Remember, when you are painting, use brushes that will help give you texture. Inexpensive, natural bristle brushes seem to work really well for that.
Also remember that paints come in various viscosities. I added some thinner to my paint early on, but quickly found out that I did not need to. you may need to explore your paint and discover its nuances before you explore your painting.
Don't forget to check out Klare's kickstarter! It's helping get him through college!
