All the goodies on this one! The early ones used to be notorious for things rattling loose but were terrific vehicles to drive. Remember driving one up the Tanami and back through the Kimberley and Kakadu. Halfway along the Tanami the gear stick just came right out....no worries...just push it back in. On another occasion the rear brake calipers rattled loose and disappeared completely tearing off the brake line

After much number crunching this would seem to be the best option instead of getting a normal 4wd ie landcruiser or patrol . Considering what the gvm and gcm is including a 4.5 ton towing capacity it would be cheaper to purchase a Oka then to buy and then kit out a 4wd. Very interesting.

Get the engine a proper tune and get rid of that black smoke. Can't believe how people find that acceptable.
@angusmcmillan6042
3 жыл бұрын
Hey Mate, it has a proper tune. We were running around on the top of 5 tunes for the shoot which produces the black smoke with the massive amount of fuel going into the motor. The other tunes (1-4) produce next to no smoke with the lowest producing none. Hope that clears the unacceptable-ness of it up!
