My favorite part of this video is the backside Ollie you do on that transition. That’s inspiring me to work on that exact thing. Love it dude.

Thank you, I know its nothing "big" but I did a lot of practice on a big transition. Timing is important but I found the higher the transition the easier because you have more time to pop the tail. I know I can do it higher, but many times I ollie too early and my front foot shifts over to the point where I'm on my heel. That is pretty scary, but I have big feet so I can recover.

What size deck? What shoes and do you use insoles? Also whats your bodyweight? I started back skating at 48 I'll be 50 in july. POSITIVE VIBES FROM SOUTHWEST GA 💪

Hey dude! I'm riding a Maurio McCoy Santa Cruz VX board. The width is 8.25 and its just a standard shape. I love VX because I can't break these things! They are also cheaper than Flightdeck boards. I'm 47 years old 6ft 2in and about 215lbs. Been skating since I was 12 years old and only stopped back in 2010 for a few years then slowly came back as my daughters started roller skating with me at the skatepark.
