There is a chance that this will chart, and if it does it will be the first time a track about these illnesses will have been in the charts. He is getting people talking and I am so grateful. To Ren, and to the reactors like you who are helping spread the word. Thank you for helping to give us hope.

It was lovely! As a sufferer of M.E. (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) his video says he had it too because of the Lyme Disease. But i got mine from being sick with congenital defects all my life. I have been bit by ticks, but when I was a kid. This is mental awareness and M.E. week! Mary went missing too, me, The Ginger Menace. I have what he has. Im on SS Disability. My friend Ren, he's my brother from another mother. And I'm his sister from another mister. He told me i fell through the cracks, and I've been living beneath the floorboards. ❤

Great reaction and message of hope ❤️ I was diagnosed with M.E. in 1995, and it is so easy to lose hope. His story getting out there and bringing awareness is helping me greatly right now. Reactors sharing his music is everything and I'm so grateful to you and the reactor community.

With great power comes great responsibility, and Ren is truly a hero! He is using his growing powers and platform for so much more than simply creating brilliant music. Ren has said that he always had this feeling that he was meant to change the world for the better. So much that he defiantly yelled a challenge to evil into an empty room. And then he got sick… Ren has now shared the full story of his health journey in 8 video chapters leading up to the release of this song and what a journey it has been. If anyone hasn’t already watched them, I highly recommend you do. With all the chapters he is showing immense strength in sharing his story that is so hard to tell, being vulnerable and telling it because he hopes it will help others and raise awareness. And here he is with another rendition of that story, now told through music with a fire beat and delivering a message of hope. A beautiful hero that the world needs ❤️🐰🕳️

Excellent, my brother! Yeah, those chapters are essential. He talks about every aspect of this song during the videos so it clicks even further when you re-watch. I'm not all the way through but it's been enlightening. I know the feeling of being held back so it'll be a while before you can sit back and watch them but it's worth it. Keep rockin' Turk! 🤘❤🤘

What a beautiful message I had goosebumps when I watched this I was so interested in hearing this when Ren said he was going to use a sample of Vera Hall in it, I was curious to see because my Dad had a cassette of Vera when we went through his belongings after he passed many years ago this moved me where I went and donateted to ME and Lyme Disease in Ren's name I wish all the health and success to Ren he and his talent deserves a 2nd change ...

Another cool reaction. "You're Turk, You're awesome" back at ya. :) Re: The Ren journey. "Is there a perfect order to watch the Ren catalogue?" ..and ALL in the Audience will strongly want them to replay THEIR Ren Playlist, and relive the alignment of the puzzle pieces as THEY experienced them. That's part of the beauty I feel. Ren is Unique. very And for the rest of US, our discovery is 'Capital YOU" Unique as well. The puzzle pieces of Ren become ours no matter if we start with the edge pieces, or 'do the sky first'.

Agreed, Gaz. As I listened to Troubles for the first time, I thought wow, the Chapters readings have done everything for Troubles that the digital Money Game scavenger hunt did for MG3 and that his highlighting of his Me vs ME vlog video did for Hi Ren. Not in a marketing ploy way, tho I'm sure there are those who will level that accusation - with Ren, these things are... pre-education, for the release, and his attempt to do everything in his power to change the world for the better through his music. He wants us to understand how deep the song goes for him; he wants you to understand his music. And he knows his experiences with Lyme (for Hi Ren and Troubles) and his socio-political thoughts (for MG3) aren't things the majority of everyday people have serious enough exposure to, for the song to hit the way it can, even if the track is INCREDIBLE for people to enjoy without the details of the deeper context. Anyone who listens to Troubles after having sat with the Chapters readings will have a supercharged experience of the track. He accomplishes such astounding feats of human connection.

You are absolutely amazing, waiting for one of your songs to drop is kind of like waiting for one of my favorite movies to come on when I was a young kid or cartoons to come on on Sunday. I get that excitement and there’s not many artists that make me feel that way nowadays. Sorry that all this had to come from your pain, but I am truly glad that you are coming through the other side. Wishing you nothing but the best.

Sorry, unfortunately after 40+ years with ME, having participated in research, advocacy, and seen top agencies globally, but especially in the US and UK gaslight patients and push bogus 'research' then blame the patients for both not 'acting up' enough like AIDS patients did. Then telling them at the same time to be grateful for the tiny amount of funding and researchers (often paid by disability insurers) who produce garbage underpowered and manipulated studies and to not criticize those agencies or heads of agencies, researchers, etc. and to use our 'inside voices.' You realize it's all a sham, whether they are hiding some dark secret, an insurance companies pocketbook, or government's budgets, or all three, it means there will never be a day when things will get better. Because you've seen it all before, and they act every few years like poof 'Tabula Rasa' nothings gone on before, it's a new day, every studies findings are novel, when it's all been done. Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

(disclaimer: I don't have ME; I've been on Disability for 20 years for treatment-resistant mental health issues & other complications) We need to use the unfathomable wealth, knowledge, and resources of 21st century civilization - overwhelmingly accumulated through committing genocides & human rights abuses, raping the earth, and selling off the future to ecocidal industries) to do more for all those dangling from the bottom rung of the ladder in our various situations. I hope Ren's right, that treatments will be found to make life easier for ME sufferers, and despite how little attention ME etc currently get, I hope that happens soon.

@@rebeccaburnell9319 An ME advocacy organization lobbied to get a massive $1.15B research fund approved, it was supposed to be used in part for, you know, what that group is about, ME. But the heads of the NIH stated that it would NOT be used for ME, AT ALL! It went for Covid and Long Covid research, much of it into the RECOVER program, which replicated much of the failed ME research and programs to treat ME to get patients back to the workforce. This is why your hopes will be dashed, just as those of us have been who've been around for decades of this, it is not just one NIH head or a group of people at the CDC, it has been this way for over 40 years. You have to ask why.
