@BostownSkinn I can’t speak for the other Old town models but the BigWater 132 is very stable and easy to stand up on

@@OCOutdoorsman i dont know about the stability of the bigwater 132 pdl but i have the bigwater 132 non pdl and it is not stable. I wouldnt fish it standing up unless i plan on swimming that day. I know the seat is different on both those models too. The non pdl has a low/ high position while the pdl is the high seating position only. While in high position on my non pdl bigwater my little dropped his phone and when reaching for it he went swimming so yea i dont think the bigwater is built for stability but for speed. Stability is probably its weakest point imo.

I love the BigWater PDL. Here are some must mods. Mods from Navarre Kayak Fishing: Bolt to stiffent the rudder Steering handle replacement, old one not required with rudder bolt upgrade Floating Prop Nut Transducer mounts if you have a brand other than Hummingbird Other mods: (Some type of anchor system based on your conditions or preferences) Anchor Trolley system Scotty Anchor lock Other than that it's personal preference for rod holders, fish finders, crates, lights, etc... If money is no object. Oneobjective bow mount for trolling motor. Add a trolling motor with spot lock.

Thanks for the video Jeff. I currently own a sportsman 120 paddle and I’m considering upgrading to the big water 132 or autopilot. I’m leaning more towards the 132 for the speed. Also want to troll for walleye on Lake Erie.

Love the rig! I’d love to see the details on your session setup. I donated a GoPro to the river swapping out a battery a couple weeks ago. Also think I need one of those YakSacks! Also, if you get a chance let me know the dimensions of your plastics box that fit under your seat.
