Hey guys this is a 1990 Yamaha Banshee. This is the first quad I restored on this channel when I had ZERO subscribers. The first time around I had about $1700 into the restoration. There is a 4mil build breakdown video that I did after the build and lots of videos covering the entire process (cringe warning) Thank you to everyone that has supported since the beginning and welcome to all the new subscribers!

I had an 89 Banshee that I built up with the help of Trinity Racing back in 1995. It was a crazy bike built for shooting the dunes in California. I was 16 and did a complete frame up. It was a stage IV 420 long rod with their custom nitrous kit. Watching you build this bike up brought back good memories. Thank you!

You are the best Mike! I used your 4 mil build as a guide for my first full rebuild. I've learned so much and am still learning. I have never done big bore as I ride rough trails in Northern Ontario Canada. First top end I used was am port job and 66.5 bored out stock jugs, so on their last cut. Last spring right cylinder blew from sucking sand in the carb because I got someone else to to jet carb and he forgot to put balance hose back on carbs. This time I had Bondi port another set of stock jugs I had, but only bored to 65.5 and I used his jetting recommendations. The difference is incredible. It has power all threw the band now, whereas before it had no bottom end. Only power when it got on the main jet. Keep up the good work. Can't wait to see what you do next!

I got my first Banshee through some work and trading audio equipment installation. Right after getting I realized someone really rode the hell out of it and just didn’t take care of things the way I do. So I ended up redoing the entire thing it was Red white and black like yours , because of how far it had been bored I could bore it once more before sleeving it so with wiseco pistons I bored it all the way, it was so crazy fast as you know you can’t possibly get all the power to the ground it’s fun trying though .I raced it for about two years , my favorite was always getting extra parts gear or money for hole shots because a Banshee is going to take it every time . Sold it after a while but so much fun to own . I was like you I couldn’t leave it alone so I redid everything I possibly could to make it better safer and faster . Your Banshee looks great man

Nice quad my friend, I have a old 81 ATC 250r my Dad baught in 86 when I was born. I would expect everything that quad had to offer just being it's a 2 stoke and you just can't beat 2 stroke power or power band. I have been riding Bike's sense I was in diapers, have the pictures to prove it. My buddy had a Honda TRX 450r with an HRC kit put on it and that bike was scary just because it was so twitchy. I so prefer a Trike or Three Wheeler to a four wheeler, but I have been watching your video's for a couple of weeks now and you're making me take a harder look at the quads. Thanks for that by the way... You did a great job on that bike sounds sweet and I just love the smell of a 2 stroke. God Bless you my friend. Ride Hard, Be Safe, and most of all HAVE FUN!

Talk to a crank builder and you will learn how little force it takes to ruin the big end bearings. Love ya man .
