In the ninth story, singer and showman Oleksandr Polozhynskyi introduces us to his hometown, Lutsk. Oleksandr, founder of the band Tartak (‘Woodsaw’ - tr.) and the Buv’ye project, recalls his childhood years in Lutsk and shows us how the city has transformed into a center of modern art, progressive youth and inclusive education.
