Hello everyone! In today's episode of Rhyan's Workbench, I work on the Olive 19 Inch scale Fretless Cigar Box Guitar. I cut the space in the neck to allow the lid to close, I add the zero fret to the fretboard and glue the fretboard to the neck, I drill out the sound holes, In this case I am using 3 because I think it will make a box of this size sound good, I drill the holes for the tuners, and I set the string spacing with a bass guitar style string tensioner.
This is the second part of this project. In part 3 we will finally be able to see how this guitar sounds.
Don't forget the leave a like, subscribe, and ask me any questions if you have any.
By the way, I am new at this video thing, but I did get a new camera, so after this series concludes, the video quality should improve greatly.
Thanks for hanging out at the workbench with me, and have a wonderful day.
I am surprised you read this far. . .
