Every single interview that Olivia does so amazing I love her. She’s so honest, and just herself.

I've never seen an artist so humble and engaging at the same time. Must be the Asian blood running in her.

I couldn't disagree more. Although Liv is good at talking to people even if they're disrespectful and asking her questions about some random celebrity breakups out of thin air on the weekend she dropped her sophomore album.

you maybe are right. I don't really think about the questions in interviews I more focus on the atmosphere and whether the host looks comfortable. in terms of questions yeah the lady could have done way better but I still think the interview overall felt nice and relaxed. @@constantlistener807

At the 3:09 mark, Olivia admits that she writes a lot of songs that are "fantasy sometimes, too." This is more proof of her skill as a songwriter that she can "create" content and make the experience of the song just a real and relatable to the listener. Also, as Olivia said, I like the fact that many of the songs on the GUTS album are about her growing up as a person, making the songs more "introspective."

Who doesn’t? She’s purging all the negative stuff and turning it into billions. That’s the dream of every songwriter. Just like someone who journals or draw songwriting is indeed…cathartic.

for the love of everything good and holy, can interviewers stop with the “so how does it feel” questions? We know! She’s excited, she’s greatful. Get deeper!

Lol though the questions were so simple, I think she's probably tired of doing interviews and is in auto-pilot mode, just repeating things she's already said 😝

bc she doesn’t want to and she doesn’t have to disclose personal information. like she’s not going to tell us everything she’s actually thinking. she’s not going to bring up Joshua basset and all her other ex’s and be like “yeah they aren’t fans of the fact that I write songs about them.” It’s just not professional to name drop, and her success and career isn’t about them, it’s about her music. I honestly find it so annoying when interviewers try to get “juicy” questions with “juicy” answers out of her. Like everyone wants to focus on the drama.
