The quantity and especially quality of content has been extraordinary these few months, Chris! Very thankful for the entertainment, information, wisdom and conversations. Please remember to put yourself and your loved ones first - we´ll all be here no matter how many or few podcasts and videos you upload. God bless you and much love from Sweden!

The part about not liking people doing stuff for you because you feel like you have to do something for them is so accurate
@calvingonder3246
7 күн бұрын
I don't comment on stuff normally but I wanted to with this video. There is something so wholesome and genuine when two young but very established successful and talented men work through a day of life side by side. I had two overwhelming realizations watching this as a fairly fit and accomplished 30-year-old. (not as accomplished as these hyper-performance men okay not trying to insinuate that) But those two realizations are this. 1. As men we really aren't that different. We joke about grunts. We talk about our goals. We see the world through similar experiences and wonder. Like a woman giving birth. Or a sandwich without crust shared with a child. Whatever it is we can relate to it. This is something I don't think about much but it is beautiful. 2. There is no secret squirrel stuff. It's just doing the hard stuff and taking the time to pursue greatness. It's being motivated when you aren't. It's taking the rest when needed. It's walking slowly but moving forward to run another day. I loved it. Such genuine good men and strong. People like these two become idols for the rest of us so we can move toward our own accomplishments knowing we too can achieve the bodies and lifestyles we know are attainable.

Chris, the fact that you delve so deep into the human mind to not only make yourself a better friend for others, but also for yourself proves that you have already succeeded. I feel that success should not be measured in how far you’ve come, (mentally, physically, spiritually) but how far you’re going. I feel that you try to be better for yourself and others, and that makes you a phenomenal person, neighbor, and friend. I love your content, and hearing things you have to say. I look forward to watching more of your interviews and whatever content you wish to create. 💪
