this is an awesome video and even better song. i love how technical the training is. i play ice hockey and am trying to learn more from speed and figure skaters on proper and optimal technique.

are you interested into speed skating, agresive skating, urban skating or any form of slalom? My best advice would be to investigate if there's any club that specializes in the type of skating you're most interested to do. Skating is a great way to exercise, try to convince your parents saying that skate would help you to exercise and stay healthy, and that it will not distract you from school. Keep good grades and do homework before going to skate. in that way you will show your parents that skating is a benefit instead of a distraction c:

But I am doing skating form over 5 years but I my becoming fat this covid time by sitting at home now I can only do skating at home there is no please where I can do skating I have collected money form 3 years from the better skates can you please suggest the best skates because in our india the are my people that are giving bad skates very expensive and a promise that I will be the best speed skater of India you see I am now started doing hard work after watching your videos.❤️❤️❤️ I am saying these things to the channel

@@jashanpreetsingh6115 My tip now would be train more withouth skates watch a lot of videos of speed skating theory.Learn that info Watch some videos more focused in technique training. If you know a place like a little plaza with not much people on it try to put this to work.
