That is a comment to discuss the subject a little. Sorry for my bad English, it's not my mother language. Scientific truth is a rigorous rational construction based on methods and instruments. It is an interpretation of reality conditioned by human rationality, instruments and techniques existing at a given moment. So it is temporal, momentary. It is to be overcome. It should not be understood as absolute. Take the chicken egg case: some time ago it was believed to be bad for LDL cholesterol... In addition the lay people are unaware of the horrible habit of research groups use extremely flashy article titles that lead people to draw the wrong conclusions. A clear example is the article that publishes that omega 3 supplements have no effect on the risk of cardiovascular disease. The layman thinks as you said in the video that a supplement has no effect (although I agree that foods are better sources of nutrients, after all the human species has evolved by acquiring nutrients from food, not supplements). But note that the study was done on others who gave for just over 4 years on infarcted patients, people with coronary artery disease, who already had hearth stroke or were at high risk for coronary artery disease! Now, is what any reasonable person expects from a nutrient? Thanks for your answer; don't apologyze for your english, it's better than mine anyway. I agree with you, but after our research we concluded that it is too risky to ensure that a regular ingestion of synthesized Omega 3 is useful anyhow or, now that you say it, even innocuous.

@@labolsadelcorredor The issues are usually more complex than these revisions can cover. Several small studies show evidence of positive effects. I have seen serious studies from serious institutions here in my country showing reduction in CRP and triacyl glycols. It is necessary to standardize the dose of EPA / DHA starting from 1000 mg / day, the quality / origin and consider impact of genetic pool... Even that Cochrane revision don't cover it, it show some evidence. Buenas disculpen el que yo tomo es de "Takecare" y por ahi me dijeron que podria ser un producto de contrabando , la verdad esque me dejaron con la duda y quisiera que alguien me ayude a solucionar esa duda por fa , que tengan buen dia🙌.
