Could you please do a video about how to setup whole omnichannel to MS D365 customer service and with voice (call center set up) also and configuration tips. I just find your video, should you put a meta word -reason MS D365 Customer service and omnichannel setu up /installation (beginner to advanced user) like part 1, part 2 etc.. didn't find you straght in here.

Like i am searching word "MS D365--> customer service voice call", "Omnichannel setup", " How to use omnichannel", "How to configure omnichannel features", or like "whole tutorial video to use Omnichannel customer service, where is those channels and tips is included different video for sure ;)..

yes i understand that need to take trial version, but it been so helpfull if like have step by step guide how to take this app and use it approriate. How to like embedded canvas app here or how to power Bi is usefull to supervisors or how to make a call back request or call back in omnichannel customer agent view if phone call bread down or some 0ther agent is done task for you if needed like customer service people make a transfer or task sales person

and how to do that in real world or scenario... should i be like real life scenario :) Thank you your videos. Need to watch your all videos with omnichannel and hope so here is integration as well in those channels and how to use those.. like IVR- is i heard part of power virtual agent- set up /integrations/automate?
