Jeanette Winterson OBE is a Sunday Times bestselling author and Professor of New Writing at the University of Manchester. She is frequently published in the Guardian, Times, Observer, and New York Times. Some of Jeanette’s more recent works have explored our relationship to technology-the boundaries between humans and machines, the consequences of transhumanism, and the moral, societal, and ethical implications of AI. In 2021, Jeanette published 12 Bytes: How artificial intelligence will change the way we live and love, a collection of essays asking challenging questions about AI, humanity, art, and religion.
