Thankyou for ending it bro, thankyou for redeeming Clarence. Thankyou for keeping the magic of sassy alive by keeping him real, thankyou for understanding that nobody wanted to believe that Lez was ever soft as a person even if he was just playing a star role in an amazing series that was first enjoyed in Australia and then traveled the world on its own journey. I appreciate that you finished the series and tied up loose ends for me and the fans. Even some real directors for Netflix series don't understand when the time has come and just run the show into the ground. By finishing what you started you have really saved the characters and they will forever be who they are they won't ever be judged by people reading to far into things or picking holes in their "character evolution" Lez will always be Lez and sassy will always be sassy. Even the small touches like adding a real life "Mike Nolan style" character so that people still feel there really are blokes out there like that was genius. You have shown us just as Donny said with your creative art and expression through animation that the big Lez series for you and for us "are the place where dreams come true" cheers mate. Yet he completely ruins the world that he's built for years with a video where the message could've been tweeted. Instead he chose to retcon every character in the most awkward, ham fisted and forced way possible. Get your head out your ass and stop seeing things with rose tinted specs.

@@lexxscott-robinson4175 hahaha did this video make you realise the characters in The Big Lez Show aren't real? How will you go on with the knowledge they're characters in a story BAJAJAA
@doctorpandaface2649
2 жыл бұрын
@@johnfitzgerald9787 Exactly, they're characters in a story. Every story needs good storytelling so going with the "it was all an act" approach is lazy writing which is the last thing you want when making characters in a story.
@peterzhao5544
2 жыл бұрын
@@doctorpandaface2649 um.. nothing was ruined? if you've been with the cast for a while you can understand how bloody great it was spending time with them... like the fact that it is presented like they are actors accentuates the connection and mateship the cast have towards each other and the connection you have towards them. Is it me or does it feel like only aussies can understand this really comforting and warming lens they took when approaching this? It isn't lazy writing it's actually quite refreshing, seeing the way they reflect and their appreciation for their roles parallels the real life VA's journey and thoughts. It's like the Tempest with its multi-layered parallels and reflections of performativity and theatre. This is my genuine reaction and IDK what the fuck lexx was talking about.

@EvilParagon4
Жыл бұрын
Well, it's actually a reference to the production. Jarrad actually _did_ use blue and greenscreens. They may be animated, but a lot of the time, the animation was on a greenscreen so it could be keyed out and replaced with a different background later, as well as allowing Jarrad to reuse shots of the characters talking and such but in new locations.
