My mother makes ambok often as a stir fry snack. She first toasts the ambok in a dry pan until lightly golden. Stir fry ground pork with the small dehydrated shrimp with minced garlic and usual seasoning and then add the toasted ambok and continue to stir fry until it’s dry. It’s delicious!
