Special Sadya Style Parripu :-
Ingredients:-
1. Moong Dal - 1 1/2 Cups
2. Water - 4 1/2 Cups
3. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
4. Salt - According to taste
5. Coconut (Grated) - 1 1/2 Cups
6. Jeera Powder (Cumin Powder) - 3/4 Tsp
7. Green Chillies - 2 nos.
8. Garlic - 4 Big Flakes (crushed)
9. Sambar Chillies - 3 nos.
10. Water - 1 cup
11. Curry Leaves
13. Coconut Oil - 1 1/2 Tbs
Special Sadya Style Parripu :-
Ingredients:-
1.Pineapple (Square Pieces) - 2 Cups
2. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
3. Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
4. Pepper Powder - 1/4 Tsp
5. Green Chillies - 3 nos.
6. Coconut (Grated) - 1 Cup
7. Jeera Powder (Cumin Powder) - 1/2 Tsp
8. Salt - According to taste
9. Curd - 1 1/2 Cups
For Tempering ( Pineapple Pulissery):-
1. Coconut Oil - 1 1/2 Tbs
2. Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
3. Fenugreek Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
4. Dry Red Chillies - 4 nos. (Split)
5. Curry Leaves
