Ingredients:
Oats flakes 120 gms (1.25 cup)
Hot milk 250 ml (1 cup)
Banana 2
Eggs 2
Pinch of salt (In this video the oats was little salted so I have not used)
Cocoa Powder 30 gms (4 tbsp)
Baking powder 5 gms (1tsp)
Dry fruits - walnuts, cashews
Bake it in pre-heated oven at 180 degrees C /360 degrees F for 35-40 minutes
Method:
1. Add hot milk to Oats and let it soak for 10 minutes
2. Meanwhile mash 2 bananas and add 2 eggs and mix both of them nicely
3. Add 4 tbsp of cocoa powder
4. Add 1 tsp of baking powder
5. Mix all these ingredients
6. Transfer this mixture to the soaked oats and milk mixture and mix well
7. Transfer this mixture to a greased tray
8. Bake at 180 deg C/360 deg F for 35-40 mins (check with tooth pick should come out clean)
9. Let it cool for about 1 hour and then cut into pieces and enjoy!!!
