16 years back as a little kid i cut pictures from a few interior design and lifestyle magazines and stuck in a "dream book", following in the footsteps of my mom who had her own scrapbooking hobby. A months back while dusting the attic, i found my "dream book" and was simply astonished to see, every picture that i stuck of my dream house, my sofa(even the color of the sofa), my TV, my car, my watch, my clothes that I wear, everything was right there. Somehow unconsciously all those images had gotten stuck in my sub consciousness and I had bought them into life one by one sub consciously, its amazing!!!

Here are my 10 extra tips to INCREASE your daily manifestations that I’ve learned over the years..👇🏾 1. Practice gratitude every morning. When you wake up, list everything that you are grateful for and feel that gratitude in your core. Feel free to write things down in a journal so it is easy for you to remember. 2. Replace your negative thoughts with positive ones. Every time you feel a negative thought coming on, make a positive spin on it right away. 3. Take ownership for things that happen in your life. It's easy to blame others however you will feel much better when you realize that most issues stem from us. 4. ALWAYS believe that good things are about to happen. By being open to new possibilities you are inviting abundance into your life. 5. Remember that like attracts like so you get back whatever you put out, whether it is good or bad. So do good AND received good. 6. Meditate for five minutes a day. During this time focus on how you want your life to be; but place your focus on how you feel AND feel that feeling as if you have already accomplished those goals. 7. Step outside of your comfort zone. Stop playing it safe and make that decision to finally go for your dreams. 8. Focus on activities that make you feel truly happy. When you are truly happy you have the best vibrational frequency to manifest your desires. 9. Avoid the naysayers and surround yourself with people who only lift you higher. Downers will be downers, don't let them drag you into their misery. 10. Don't be afraid to dream and know that you are always supported by the universe. Hope this helps! - Your Friendly Neighborhood Coach ❤

I relate to this video.. now in my late 50s I think it’s time to start another new vision book (inspired by you of course!) for the evening of my life…where I retreat to rest, relax and only engage in what fills my life with sheer joy… don’t get me wrong, I still have many things I want to accomplish, but I will do them from a deeper more spiritually inspired space.. as for the pace… I take your advice…sleep, self care, joy will safe guard my journey to my deepest most loving Self!…I’m in your country of birth…praying that what used to be the most liveable city will rise to restore the values you and I cherish - FREEDOM TO BE!

Thank you for this guide! I'm a private person so having a huge vision board didn't really work for me, and 'a book' is already an attractive enchanting concept (I love my bullet journals, daily writing notebooks and I already call them that all 'books' on their title page). So thank you Sorelle, this video has been a great help to me!

Could you please expand on these categories and give some examples of the scope of each one, and what truly specific goals in each might look like? Also, how you priotitise it all into a limited day and translate your vision book into action items in your daily productivity system (ie, task list, calendar, daily routines, budgeting, financial planning, etc.) to make your visions happen. How often do you create new vision books? Bonus: And what percentage of your ideal man did Leon turn out to be? ;) You are truly a wonderful role model, Sorelle, not only for girls, but as a human being. An explosion of love and health. I had done exactly the same thing and had created the vision book. But didn't follow through. It's time to dig out that book and start where I left.. Thanks for the reminder.

I made it as my phone screen, the one before I unlock it - so I had to look at it every time I pick up the phone. Love the concept and I guess it is now time to swap some things in there as most of this pictures are already in my reality
