2 cup Curry Leaves (Kadi patta)
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup Peanuts (shingdana)
1/4 cup Chana dal
1 tbsp Cumin seeds (Jeera)
2 tbsp White Sesame seeds (Safed til)
1/2 cup coriander seed (dhana)
10-12 dry Red chillies
10-12 Garlic cloves (lehesun)
2 tbsp desiccated Coconut (dry nariyal)
1 tsp Mango powder (Amchur)
2 pinch of asafoetida (Hing) 24
Salt to taste
If you don't like to eat dry chutney than you can add little water in it.
