If you have oatmeal, cacao and sweet potato, make this healthy dessert cake, it's sugar free and no flour!
Ingredients :
250g steamed/boiled sweet potatoes (8,8 oz).
4 medjool dates (110g).
150ml hot water.
- soak for 10 minutes.
1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
100g (1 cup) oatmeal .
25g (1/4 cup) cacao powder.
1 tsp baking powder.
Pinch of salt.
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder.
40g (1/4 cup) sugar free chocolate chips.
- 18cm/7 inches round baking pan.
- Bake 170°C/340°F for 30 minutes.
