What if you can only run for 15 minutes total? lol J/K I will incorporate this on a smaller scale into my regimen. every 5 minutes speed up. for a total of 25 minutes. That way I don't lose my muscle mass.

Some running is better than no running. Good luck with your workout!

Why do you run after all if youre "afraid to lose muscle mass." If youre a bodybuilder just looking to do some running youd be better off running at a consistent speed. That way youll also avoid injury.
