I did the exercises and the pain went away whilst I was exercising. The exercises are versatile as they can be done anywhere, even in your bed if the pain strikes you in the middle of the night. Excellent, thank you for sharing these with us who suffer from sciatica.

I just want thank you so much for taking the time to post this video. For a long time, i have had pain in the hip area and have doing all kinds of complex hip mobility exercises found on youtube and large quantities of ibuprofin, not really knowing where my pain was really coming from . all these complex stretches did not alleviate the pain. After trying your simple moves, in just two days I am completely pain free ! I can't believe it! I was just about to look into physical therapy or something. At first sight your exercises look too simple to be effective- there is hardly any movement at all. But they work really well and really fast. I am amazed! So thank you again for this!

Making use of it finally takes away the nasty feeling of sciatica pain and the pressure it gives on my back. Browsing the net is an excellent approach to know more about the 4SciaticaPainCure.blogspot.com back pain guideline. With this, you can sleep in different positions. Helps my hip pain and it`s comfy.

Excellent video! I had a ruptured disc in L5/S1 in 2009, and I found out pretty quickly that all I could do is lay on the floor all day for weeks in the 'leg tilt position' (7:00) including for sleeping at night. It absolutely helped me get through the pain.

Unfortunately, no. My pain increased manifold suddenly few months back and upon doing MRI it was found spinal canal stenosis with disc bulge at L4 L5-S1 level. Been undergoing physiotherapy since 3 months and only 30% pain is gone which returns on the days I don't rest. It's horrible and frustrating.

I hang down free on a pull up bar and feel a pop sometimes and that relieves pain for a little, or at least lets me stand up striaght

you have to keep your pelvis on the ground during cobra or sphinx no matter what. There is no try your best. The second it comes off it puts more pressure on your back and you change the entire dynamics of the exercise. Cobra is been taught wrong by so many channels. Only in upward dog is where your pelvis can come off the ground.

Thank goodness I found this. I love hiking, but the other day I hiked five miles in so much pain. The next day I was fine. Then today I bent down to tie tennis shoes and ouch. Pain again. I just did these stretches and relief. Someone said that sitting during Covid might be the cause. I am going to be aware of sitting now.

Had a permanent level 10pain sciatica.For me any of these exercises worked. Only time health for me it was 8month and I feel lucky it wasn't more. Good luck to everybody I hope you ll heal very soon. It renewed my life when i felt my first second without pain just wait for that instant it will be a few month of yo/yo pain but you ll be so happy to have relief moment you ll not even care about the pain moments. Please keep hope I was to the point to end my days voluntary.

@@mercenary5463 i be found one medic that cut my pain without aftereffect please try it s wonderfull it's Voltaren (i used paracétamol but without concluding results and don't want to go on the opiate trap, tried cortisone and infiltration, chiro, massages without results). Nobody thought Voltaren would be powerfully enough took it because no paracétamol and what a good medic for me. Please try it I know how it can broke your life and few can really understand what this pain mean

great sets of newly recommended exercises,worked great.It seems to work beautifully at posterior (backward) and posterio lateral (backward and side ward ) bulge of the disc.Amazingly close to reality.

My sciatica has been extreme for the last 6 weeks. I had an epidural 10 days ago. I have tried so many of the different exercises that are supposed to relieve the pain immediately. I have not found any that come close to leaving my pain. Some of these are similar to what my physical therapist have prescribed but none have provided the miracle relief that they stated including those on this site as well. I continue to do them as a way of staying active hoping to avoid permanent damage.

interesting points ,if anyone else trying to find out shin splints treatment without rest try Mackorny Run Fast Blueprint (just google it )? Thank you for this ACTIV CHIROPRACTIC! I have been in pain with Sciatica for a few months now. I am a route driver for a local company and my job requires me to do a lot of lifting, bending, kneeling, etc. It has been unbearable lately and at home I can hardly bend down to pick things up off the floor. Mulligan technique seems to be the best for me. Leg tilt is the worse for me, as it hurts more. But I feel better today than yesterday. Got more movement and less pain.

I feel that there are basic or fundamental flaws in the way we are taught to sit from our childhood. In India when sit to study, we mostly sat on the floor with crossed legs & mostly crouching position. Even when we sat on a table & chair, it was mostly in the crouching position bending forward. The Benches in the schools were no better with lower bench height & not much leg space either... We need to teach our future generations to sit properly & at the same time, we need to give them ergonomic sitting arrangements which don't put undue pressures on their backs & postures... Can you please suggest proper sitting postures for school & college going kids..

Hi Rajendraprasad Jee, You are absolutely right, I've always said that this stuff should be taught at school. Answering to your question, it's hard to achieve a standard sitting position because kids are different heights and sizes. What I can recommend is to not slouch, and in general have the knees lower than the hips as that reduces the load on the lumbar spine and the disc. Hope this helps.

This could be a cause of increase blood pressure. Relax on the floor for a few minutes before you start.

If you take blood pressure tablets your blood pressure may be too low and you can feint which can be extremely dangerous or fatal.

When you do the cobra segment, are the glutes active or relaxed? And, when you're doing Mulligan's pose, are you keeping that left knee up for a reason?
