These chosen people are put on this earth they spread love through their voice and if we look at history the gift doesn't die any force can't kill it it doesn't go away it lives on after her passing years ago she still here and still moving people .listen, God doesn't make mistakes when he creates her, and that voice is the gift that keeps giving forward Beauty and Talent at the highest level unequaled.

Constantly reinventing herself when her voice changed and still knowing how to use her voice, made many of push aside the fact that she was using drugs. But being on top, in a marriage to a man who was not faithful, people running to the press to make money off her! So many miscarriages, touring constantly, father wanting to sue her. It's so much to deal with, constantly having to be picture perfect, mindful of what she says, how she presents herself, rumors about her being gay, than having tiffs with her mother, everyone using her as an ATM. I'm surprised she lasted as long as she did. Not many female artists have riched the status she had. It's enough to drive anyone to have some kind of addiction. Many people couldn't handle 1/2 the stuff she endured. And still able to smile and perform as if there are no problems at all. I love and respect her and I don't judge her at all.

Anyone who is truly a Whitney fan and has studied the timeline of her career knows that she was just beginning her decline at this point. She had sung this song previously many times. I'm here in 2024 and I am crying while listening to a truly remarkable voice. I am crying for two reasons. Obviously I am crying because it is Whitney Huston one of the best voices ever. The second reason is because it is not Whitney I am hearing. It is a shade of Whitney still giving her best at the moment, but not her best ever. I know I will get savaged for saying this, go ahead I deserve it, but you can't hurt me worse than the devastation of watching a tragedy unfold before your eyes and be helpless to do a thing about it. So I watch this and hear the voice of an angel in places. I will also remember a voice at it's prime that could thrill a soul and move a nation. Rest in Peace Whitney your place in our hearts is secure. Thank you for sharing your tremendous gift of voice and heart with us all.

The point is, she didn't value her gift and abused her body. She could have sung her songs better during this time if she really took care of herself. What a waste of talent for a short period of time. Look at Celine Dion, she managed to maximize her gift and timeline as a singer because of her DISCIPLINE, HARDWORK at DEDICATION. I recently watched Arthur Ashe in the 1975 Wimbledon final. I can now understand the history a little bit better and what he meant to the sport. RIP Arthur Ashe and Whitney Houston.
