Look guys, if u had one exercises to do, it would be max jumps, which means jumping as high as u can for reps, look for something u are close to touch and keep jumping until u can touch it, then pick something higher and u will keep improving

Don't spread false info around... Most athletes like volleyball and basketball players are training with weights and PLYOS from a young age and they grow normally... epiphyseal plates only have delayed growth when injured that also the growth isn't really that much affected

Dumbest comment I've read. Ask literally any doctor or PT and they'll laugh at you. No exercise or plyometrics or heavy lifting will ever stunt growth if done properly. If your growth plate do get injured, yes it mayyyyy delay the growth a bit but again it will be the doer's fault for not properly gauging the load or proceeding with improper form.

Stop spreading false info kiddo. Any exercise including plyos when properly gauged and regulated will never FUCKING EVER stunt growth by any means. Injury is also not given if you progress into it properly and do proper warmups.
