This is such a wonderfully full meal that really utilizes all of the chicken and its juices. The chicken and rice dish sounds extra delicious and I love how you made a soup with the extra broth! ❤️ I make similar bread rolls regularly. I like having some water and some milk in the dough. I have started brushing the rolls with milk after they come out of the oven to give it an extra tender texture. Thank you for an inspiring video as always! ❤

Rice is native to Asia, West Africa, and South America. It is unique amongst wild plants to have been domesticated on three continents. Its arrival is recorded in the first centuries of the CE in Asia Minor (including Turkey) . The Moors brought rice from Africa to Spain in the 8th C CE and to Italy shortly after that. 4,000 years of cultivation of South American rice was abandoned with the arrival of the Spanish who had their own rice and methods. If you are ever lucky enough to be served Carolina Gold, you will enjoy rice brought from Africa to North America by enslaved people. Curiosity is a great gift we have all been given. It invites us to explore the history of so many things.

What is the kind of rice used in this recipe? Is it baldo....? The rice here sticks to each other and make the pilav sticky so whats the trick to make it non sticky and the common measurements (ratio)( for rice and water).... The reply will be very helpful for me.. thanks in advance
