Hello all, Welcome back to my channel 🙏🏻 Today I am sharing One-Pot Channa Kurma | चना कूर्मा | చనా కూర్మా | ಕಾಬುಲಿ ಕಡ್ಲೆ ಕೂರ್ಮ | சனா குர்மா a delicious and healthy side dish for chapati, poori, or rice, made effortlessly in an Instant Pot! This easy Chana Masala recipe brings the flavors of coconut and spices into a comforting gravy, and it’s packed with protein. A perfect meal for busy weekdays or weekends when you want something wholesome without spending hours in the kitchen.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Channa (soaked for 8 hours)
• 1/2 cup fresh coconut
• 6 cloves garlic
• 1 inch ginger
• 1 inch cinnamon stick
• 2 cardamom pods
• 3 cloves
• 1 tsp fennel seeds
• 1 tsp poppy seeds
• 2 tbsp roasted chana dal
• 2 tbsp oil or ghee (or a mix)
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 large onion (finely chopped)
• 2 medium tomatoes (chopped)
• 1/2 cup water (for the ground masala)
• 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
• 1/2 tsp red chili powder
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
• 2 cups water (for cooking Channa)
• 1 tbsp crushed kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
• Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
