Water temperature was 59.1F in this area and there's a really strong possibility this spooling was due to an errant tuna. We'll never know, but it sure behaved that way. This is why the tuna rods and reels are much more substantial! I kept the video rolling through our landing of the final hatchery Coho of the day, hitting our limit and taking us back to the barn by 5pm on one of the best ocean days I've experienced.
