The cleanest and healthiest diet of any strongman. I've been saying this for years about Big Z. You don't need 15,000-20,000kcal a day to be strong (that's what others have to do to keep up with the likes of this living legend).

45 is mega old in strongman / bodybuilding terms. Most blokes that lift look 45 years old at 28 due to the huge stress they put their bodies under, and the heavy cycles of ‘supplements’ that take a toll. Larry Wheels looks much older than 26 today. When he’s 45… he’ll be knackered. Ronnie Coleman is 57 and can hardly walk. Big Z is clearly doing the lifting thing completely right. In this series you can see the care he’s taking of his back and supporting his joints. Being cautious.

I'm Polish and I think my grandmother was actually born in Vilnius (in 1910) when it was formally polish (I'm not 100% sure about it, thats a shame)
