I have this Bible and I love it. This has been my Bible for 2018. I love the dates added. It keeps me accountable and caught up. I highly recommend this bible. Thanks for the awesome review!

I love the look of this bible. One thought, it would be nice if it didn't start with January 1, but be numbered as days where one could put in the date. That way you could start on another day of the year and if you miss a day or two, no anxiety. I am new to the bible, and it is March 24th and I want to start reading now. Thanks for the excellent reviews.

I'll have to get me one of those Bible's. I never thought of reading it that way. But it sounds like it will be a good way to see how things happen back then.

I wasn’t aware they made a journaling bible in a chronological format! I have a chronological bible, but it’s not a journaling bible. I love this! Thanks for sharing this!

Thank you so much for this review! I have wondered if the chronological Bibles were worth purchasing. I do like that this has all of the page/chapter/vas. are already laid out. Definitely going to add one to my wish list! 😊

I have the One Year Chronological Bible on my Kindle and have read it the last two years and love it - I like the idea of having a hard copy and being able to journal in it so will definitely look for this version on Amazon - thank you for your review

I have a Chronological Study Bible but it’s a more informational one. I do love it but the biggest draw back is Chronicles just makes the experience so repetitive. I’m going to continue in it. I’m way too far to go back. However.. Would you recommend this to someone else? I would love to have someone get where I’m at. Especially if it’s an NLT and not a NKJV it should be easier especially with a single column format that personally I desperately crave. I’ve got an ESV that’s single column and it’s far easier to read for that reason. I cross reference (I might over do it now) with my Bible app all the time.

I pick and choose from Chronicles now based on Title headings. Still that’s a lot of work to avoid repetition. Anyway I’ll go back to review what basically happened later. The Bible originally ended with Chronicles as far as the 39 OT Scriptures go which makes far more sense. If you look at Messianic Versions of the Bible like the CJB you see a much different order.

Depends on how you want to read the Bible. I'm doing this one next year, but I've already read through the Bible before from front to back.

@@BibleJournaling our pastor suggested... reading the Bible through genesis to revelation...but this seems to do that a bit organized

Yes. This would be different - it would be in order of when it happened. Both ways are great!

It’s a horrible layout! I was so excited to get this Bible and tab it, I thought in chronological order meaning, according to the order the books were written not the order the events occurred. So I guess what I was thinking would be chronological, wasn’t what they were thinking. My suggestion is to use it as a coloring book and more importantly tab it. Tab it the way an original Bible is laid out or look up how the Bible was written chronologically and tab it that was. Which is what I did. You do need to tab either way, or you’re going to be flipping back and forth in the “scripture index” trying to find the books and what pages there on which is crazy to me. In the end, I guess I got what I wanted with some work involved. I was able to tab it in chronological order the way the books were written and because of the layout I get to see what events happened in chronological order as well. I was disappointed in this Bible but in the end I made it work. Was it worth it? I’m not sure yet. Probably not.
