We all take good resolutions at one time or another in our lives. Just imagine, from now on I'll do yoga every day!? Let's imagine, I decide to learn yoga even if it's not the right time!? Or imagine this: I drop everything and go for a yoga retreat on the other side of the world!?
Imagining all that is great and we can all do it! Making it real however, that is more difficult. How not to give up when you are a beginner in yoga? How do you find the courage to train when you feel like a loser? How can you do yoga when you have no idea of what to do? How to practice yoga when you are alone and a beginner? What to do when you don't have time to do yoga? This short film will show you how I faced these questions to try to get there anyway.
We all have dreams or ideas that we never had the courage to realize. I had a lot! Yoga has been both a way to take my mind off things, a way to measure my accomplishments and a challenge with myself, one of those things you've always dreamed of but never really tried to achieve... because you think it's impossible.
But what if one day we wake up and decide to no longer accept the impossible? And if we decide to never give up and to persevere no matter what for a year, what could happen ???
I filmed my whole yoga adventure, from the first day, my first attempt and I followed this challenge for a year to see if there would be a difference between the first video and the last over a year! The result? You'll have to watch the movie to find out!
