Really enjoyed watching you and Garrett. I am waiting on my Journeyman to arrive. I am 68, retired, cabinet maker and I hope to produce Victorian trim and corbels along with craft items with my machine.

Jamie, Thanks for your compliments! I sure hope that it arrives safe and sound. I couldn't wait to get mine either. A cabinet maker, WOW! What an incredible talent!! I hope you find some of my videos helpful in learning how to navigate your CNC.

While watching your video I noticed a few errors that could be confusing to new users. •At the 3:23 mark you stated that if the bit was a ⅛" bit you would use the 1.20.125, huh? I don't even know what 1.20.125 is, if you meant to say 1.0125 then that is 1⅛, and ⅛" is 0.125. •At the 5:54 mark, you stated that the X is up and down which is wrong the X is left and right the Z is up and down. •At the 8:00 minute mark you stated that if you moved the router all around you would have to hit the home location on the X and Y for the Z. The teardrop icon that you are touching is for zeroing the workpiece. If you hit the teardrop icon for the X and the Y the router's new zero would now be where it's currently located. I know that you mentioned how you are a newbie and a beginner at this and still learning. So I'm curious at how this video has been up for over a year and it has yet to be edited and corrected.

Hey there. Thanks for the comment. I was super new when I made this video. I understand I made mistakes. I’ll add a re-do to my list of videos to tackle. Honestly the reason it’s still up is bc I don’t think about it on the regular.
