Why are Nigerians so noisy and shout at the top of their voices everywhere ? There is nothing to stop them welcoming the king without much chaos. Many royalties from other nations have arrived and been welcomed without commotions.

May be that 'culture' should be reserved to when the man is in his palace. When you are in Rome you behave like a Roman. Can you imagine what it costs to bring these jokers from Nigeria to London simply to make 'pump and pageantry' noises for the guy? What wastefulness!
