2 cups of rice
150g salmon
1 pack of maitake mushrooms
1 pack of shimeji mushrooms
1 pack of enoki mushrooms
70ml ponzu sauce
20g butter

①Finely chop the mushrooms of your choice into small pieces.
Prepare the rice:
②Wash 2 cups of rice and place them in the rice cooker.
Add ponzu:
③Pour the ponzu sauce into the rice cooker, then add water up to the 2-cup mark.
Add ingredients:
④Add the butter and chopped mushrooms to the rice.
⑤Place the salmon fillet on top of the rice mixture.
Cook the rice:
⑥Set the rice cooker to cook the mixture.
Prepare the salmon:
⑦Once the rice is cooked, remove the salmon from the rice cooker, carefully remove the bones and skin, and flake the salmon.
⑧Return the flaked salmon to the rice cooker and gently mix everything together.
Shape into rice balls:
⑨Use an onigiri mold to shape the rice mixture into rice balls.
