Thanks for the link to the drip pan--i've always used foil, and this looks way more convenient. It's always been my practice when cooking a spatchcock bird to put the leg end toward the coals, breast end in the back and don't rotate.

I have just purchased one of these along with the Contoured Stainless Steel Char-Basket and a the Non-Stick Ceramic Coating Grill Grate, they all work well together, but it is a shame that you do not offer all 3 as a bundle.

I want to know how you made the double grill set up. Did you make a video of that under another channel? I have the cart but, I would like to know what you kept and what you cut out,
