Definitely you’d have to do some extra work. You have to use Zapier to send info to Open ai or another ai software that allows you to create a knowledge base.

Hi! I already made flow with exact as your step. I ensure the user field for "gpt input" or "gpt output" are placed correctly. When I try in Instagram using the keyword, "gpt output" field was failed to show. But, it's jump to "looping question". What's wrong with my step? Now, in GPT Request we can choose "model", such as: "gpt 3,5 turbo" ; "gpt 3,5 turbo 0125" ; "gpt 3,5 turbo 16k"; and "gpt 3,5 turbo 1106" -- which one correct or prefer? Thank you for your help!

Don't set that as a keyword. I would recommend using another keyword entirely when testing these automations. I would recommend gpt 3.5 turbo 16k. Give most consistent responses than some of the others.

Hi awesome video, i was wondering if its possible to integrate the Open Ai Assistant with manychat? So that the GPT deployed in manychat already has the custom knowldege that we trained it with from the open ai playground. Im kinda new to this so take it easy✌Thank you!

It definitely can be done. But you’d need Zapier to send custom answers directly to your open ai knowledge base. We haven’t done anything that robust yet.

It doesn't work. I do not understand why. I just did same integrations and flow step by step, after the chatgpt action my chatbot responds with field of chatgpt respond but response is always empty.

Because when you try to move with another question it’s gonna register the last input. For example if someone ask “how many apples do you want?” That would be the input and your answer would be the output. If you don’t clear it every question they have going forward will give them an answer about apples. Makes sense?

@@etano1701 Nope they won’t ban you for it. This video is probably a little outdated. I just haven’t made a video on the new AI features yet. But the native Manychat feature is better than what is showed in the video.

Hey, bro. I have done exactly the same automation as yours. But in the last post where it just sends the response from gpt to the client I also have a custom field "gpt output" but when testing it just sends me "cuf_3030300" and that's it What could be the error? Do I need to do any actions in open AI besides copying the api key?

Test it on IG account. The preview area on Manychat doesn’t integrate well with that you are trying to do.

Hey you have to have either be super detailed with the prompt. I give options to where if they click a certain button they can be transferred to a new workflow.

Yes. It can. You will have to manipulate it a bit by adding a second button to prompt a second message. Or add them to a different workflow.

You have to work around it. Create a button action “in yellow” then continue the automation.

Hi, thank you!!! I'm a bit stuck. I set it all up like on the video. When testing it waits for the response, then in preview the answer is {{cus32323232}} and then it goes to next message "Was there anything else?". When testing live after user replies it then goes to "Was there anything else?"...It's not generating GPT reply for some reason

Hey! The preview set up doesn’t work well with these Ai inputs and outputs. If you want to test i recommend using a keyword like “test” and then running it from IG or Messenger. For you have to make sure you run it at a loop. Connecting the final endpoint to the “was there another question?” Endpoint. Feel free to book a call we can fix it on Zoom while I’m looking at it.
