People pay lots of money to board their horses. Horses are also expensive and time consuming to keep. If a horse trainer were allowed operate a business and board their horses here and rent them out to guests it would protect the owner legally. The owner could have access to horses without the work and hassle as well as gain income and appeal. Plus horses are just magnificent animals to have around. To watch trainers work with them is extremely entertaining. Just a thought.
