If anyone is having issues extending the tube put the RPG in the freezer for about an hour. What this does is it shrinks the plastic inert warhead and then you can open it. The plastic warhead likes to swell when it has been left alone for a while or was left in the heat. Hope this helps.

I’m actually very impressed with the build quality of this. I’ve used several LAW rockets and I’ve never seen one in this good of condition or of build quality and it seems Better designed for battlefield conditions. They definitely designed it so people that were not educated very well could use them. I wish I could get a hand on one of these trainers

That's actually interesting that ear plugs are a civilian market off-shelf product. There is a product description, rating for up to 110 dB and using instruction, as well as cleaning instructions. What I find interesting is that most products of communist era Czechoslovakia had a price printed on them, that way the same product had the same cost in any shop across the country. And it seems that these plugs would have consumer price of around 1.50 $USD in todays money.

@@kutter_ttl6786 it makes sense, you can carry two M72s for the weight of one AT4. If you are on patrol in an MRAP in afghanistan and have to return fire at 300m+ or take out the occasional building the AT4 is of course better, but if you are holding the line against a bunch of advancing infantry & BMPs or having to hump it trough woodlands & bombed out suburban places, nothing beats a light, compact multi purpouse AT weapon like the LAW.

@@yaykruser vx is a good area denial option, but it will deny said area to humans, too, unfortunately, for quite some time, with prejudice. And while cypermethrin will at most cause a mild irritation for a short time if you don't use proper ppe, vx is likely to be a tiny bit more of a nuisance :) Please note if you decide to use cypermethrin that it is harmful to cats in particular, so if you have any and they're free-range they have to be incarcerated, preferably for at least 48 hours. Again, with vx that would have to be much longer. There's also the low-tech boiling water option, but I suspect it is not as effective. If they're about to overrun your positions, you might use it as a stopgap measure. Also, flame. Good for attriting their surface element (make sure there's no risks of setting nearby structures on fire, dry grass may be an issue as well). No pasaran!

Carrots, tomatos, potatos and even the apple tree were completly defoliated! I came just in time to see at least two divisions carrying away the last leaves towards their main base. This was enough reason for me to break the geneva suggestion and pour some white Phosphorus on their main access roads causing severe casualties! While that turned out to be very effective against their ground forces and allowed me to gain some land back, I fear that the majority of them are still hiding inside their bunker which remained mostly unaffected by the the white P... It's actually a recoilless rifle. The projectile itself is not a rocket since there's no rocket engine. It's sort of disposable smooth bore small carl gustaf-like weapon.
@campandcook3118
2 ай бұрын
The warhead is usually propelled by a rocket motor. Which is missing in the training version. The thin tube that was extended would not be able to contain the explosive charge of a recoilless rifle, nor direct enough of it backwards.
@jankrusina4518
2 ай бұрын
@@campandcook3118 nope, there's nothing like rocket motor. There are two screw holes on the bottom of the projectile but they only hold the projectile at it's place. When the weapon is fired, these two screws snaps. There's not even space for any rocket motor. The whole projectile is stabilised only by the rear ring which acts as a aerodynamic brake. This would not make sense since the rocket motor would completely break the whole idea of this cheap to produce weapon. I have several pieces in my collection and yes, it is a disposable recoilless rifle, not a rocket launcher. You can read a bit about the RPG-75 and some of it's variants in this article. It's quite short but accurate. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RPG-75
