A lot of parents ideas of parenting was providing your basic living needs / material , but Would emotionally neglect us I guess because they themselves were not connected to their own emotional needs, which is sad but luckily we have the power to repair ourselves and rewire our nervous system ,, Every time I have a trigger I just hug myself and tell myself what I wish my parents had told me to comfort me.. props to your mom for bettering herself

From someone who had a dark childhood, for me… part of the healing comes from accepting your parents did fucked up things. Period. Don’t make excuses for your mom, children are children and we did not know better but they did. It’s ok to forgive (like I did) but also acknowledge their behavior was FUCKED AND BAD sis!

childhood trauma is deep. thank you for sharing even though you didn’t have to. i’m still not brave enough to speak my truth, even with a therapist I hesitate but I know once I find a good one it’ll be life changing. loving all the pods, it’s almost like therapy itself lol 💓

Go to urgent care if you still don’t feel good. Don’t go to the emergency room, it’s going to be soooo expensive. I had these same symptoms the past few weeks and I think I just had the flu, because I was negative for Covid. Hope you feel better soon!

I live in Arizona and I have insurance, when I went to an ER visit and would have billed me $17k because of the diagnostic tests. If your anemic (I’m anemic too) take iron bills. I like the Blood builder from mega foods. It’s on Amazon and take them for at least 3 months. Also try incorporating iron rich foods to your diet. Anemia doesn’t go away on its own. You have to supplement or incorporate iron rich foods.

How many mg do you take I'm afraid to take to much I'm anemic again I just feel it but don't have insurance to go to the doctor

@@lupezapata284 I’m not sure. I believe the blood builder pills are natural and don’t have side effects. Also you can try a multivitamin for women, they usually have a safe amount of iron.

My grandfather took my mom to the strip club he owned because he had no childcare when she was a toddler. I could relate to the childhood stories both of you must have. I am so sorry you had to go through that being left for a month and things like that you did not deserve it. My mom abandoned me when I was 2 years old. So I completely understand.💕

Take vitamins with iron or organic Argentinian beef liver pills to help with low iron levels. Also DIM, Maca or Maca with DIM helps with regulating menstrual cycles. Brain spotting therapy or EFT therapy helps with trauma.

You both make really good money, get health insurance!! One day you may need to get ER and you will regret it. San Diego has good low price clinic I think one is True Health, they are low price. You guys are young and healthy even a basic plan won’t cost too much.
