These aren't the easiest of buses to drive, not entirely sure what Optare were trying to achieve. When they want to be they can be some of the most powerful buses out there, but they do enjoy being in limp mode for no real reason. Aside from that, they have an unusually long wheel bases meaning drivers who aren't used to them are more likely to hit kerbs, the room in the cab is non existent, the low down driving position isn't something I'm a fan of and they have unusually heavy steering. Despite this, they are actually quite fun buses to drive once you're used to their quirks!
The roads in the video are between Middleton and the A515 to Buxton. Sadly this route is being discontinued from 8th Janurary 2022 which is a shame as it has some ace scenery and hills on it.
