Cable management is really great. But you should think about any future cable to come. in 1 tray you can accommodate 24 fibers not 12 fibers only. That’s is my observation on the design of the cable tray. once again you guys did a great job.

that's a beautiful job very neat and organized but unrealistic.. majority of the time. Most of the time your fibers are slightly different lengths and don't stay together like that. what if you have bad splices or bad cleaves then you have to cut it down and/or resplice it. What if you break a fiber then you have to cut it back now the fibers are really different lengths. and coiling them in the tray and match the sleeves the perfect length with the sleeves holder...........come on....everything is perfect when you're making a video and constantly editing....

I know why they do it. These enclosures are rather hard if ur fibre isn't "that" exact size. Current enclosures allow for more wiggle room, these old ones dindt. I know it looks like there is tons of space (and there is), but the routing in them is just a pain the butt... That being said.. the stuff being used here is what we used to use in 1990's..

No labels were harmed in the making of this splice. Mark the in and out on trays, with the count. Mark the in and out cables at the splice entry, inside the splice entry with counts. Why are we putting tubes inside tubes? They are in tubes, they are thinner, just anchor them on the tray. I wouldn’t let you touch another fiber splice if you cut fibers with side cutters in front of me. Use shears. Side cutters can cause vibrational fractures farther down the glass. Put a bit more of the tubes in the storage tray and a bit less in the splice tray. You do not need five miles of fiber in a splice tray. 27 years splicing experience.
